Free range Organic Bronze Turkey from Local Farm ( serves 10-12 ) are dry plucked and finished by hand at a mature age and hung in a cool environment for up to 14 days. This gives them an amazing flavour and texture. The deadline for orders is the 10th December and will be delivered separately on Christmas Eve.
