Our flours are organic, stoneground and sourced as locally as possible. They are currently milled at Cann Mill in Shaftsbury, Dorset and Dartington Mill in Totnes, Devon. Unless stated all bread is sourdough. Gluten, allium, sesame. Bread can be frozen for up to 2 months
